Farayi Dzichauya
Farayi Dzichauya is an accomplished cybersecurity professional with over ten years of leadership experience within the demanding financial sector. This extensive background provides him with a strong foundation in governance, data security, and operational resilience. As a former board member of Target Housing, Farayi possesses a deep appreciation for the critical role housing associations play in communities and is committed to leveraging his expertise to benefit our residents and strategic objectives.
Pauline Chimwanda
Pauline Chimwanda is a Zimbabwean legal practitioner in private practice since 2016. She holds a bachelor of laws honors degree LLBS and Master of laws LLM degrees from the University of Zimbabwe and has professional interests in civil litigation, criminal litigation, and labour law. Pauline practises with Saratoga Makausi Law Chambers, a leading Zimbabwean firm renowned for excellence in conveyancing and commercial law.
Richmore Nyika
A Chartered Accountant with extensive multinational experience, Richmore Nyika brings deep expertise in financial reporting, governance, and risk oversight essential for a retirement property business. He has led complex financial reporting cycles, strengthened internal controls, and managed high‑stakes audits across Big Four Audit firms in the United Kingdom and major multi-million listed organisations. His career reflects strong board‑level engagement through Audit Committee reporting, control reviews, and strategic financial stewardship. With a proven ability to enhance governance frameworks, safeguard assets, and ensure financial transparency, he offers disciplined oversight well‑aligned to the long‑term stability and trust required in retirement property management. Richmore provides an independent, technically strong voice focused on protecting stakeholders and supporting sustainable growth.
Rene Zindoga
An accomplished accounting professional with more than 15 years of experience across diverse sectors, including Housing, Health and Social Care, and Automobile. Throughout his career, he has developed strong financial management, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business partnering skills, helping organisations improve financial performance and maintain robust financial controls. He is known for his analytical approach, attention to detail and has built a reputation for delivering accurate financial reporting and supporting strategic decision‑making through commercial acumen and his ability to provide strategic financial insights. His broad sector experience enables him to adapt quickly to different business environments while delivering effective and value-driven financial solutions.
Gerald Katerere
Gerald Katerere is an accomplished corporate governance, risk management, and compliance professional with over 20 years of experience across financial services and the development sector. A strategic architect in emerging financial infrastructure, he played a pivotal role in improving the capital markets in Zimbabwe and licensing of a derivatives provider in South Africa. Gerald brings extensive experience from the central banking sector, with recognised expertise in anti-financial crime and regulatory compliance. He is experienced in corporate licensing. Currently serving in the development sector, he specialises in Enterprise Risk Management) frameworks, resilience, and due diligence.
William Dongo
William Dongo is a respected educationist with approximately 20 years work experience in different countries but mostly in England. He specialises in chemistry and has been in leadership positions for the last 10 years. William believes in sustainability, has strong leadership, adaptability and communication skills. He has been involved in launching new programmes and has also taken appropriate measures to lead his team in very challenging conditions.
Shepherd Muzhanye
Shepherd Muzhanye is an entrepreneur and HR professional with over a decade of leadership experience across construction and healthcare sectors. As Founder and Director of Firmhub International, he has driven strategic growth and operational excellence in aluminium and steel project delivery. Currently based in the UK, His board-level value lies in a rare combination of commercial acumen, people-development expertise, and frontline ethical care experience. Shepherd is committed to governance, strategic planning, and fostering sustainable organisations that create positive community impact.
